Nike is sending cease-and-desist letters to Skiman LLC, a ski apparel brand in Colorado, over its logo's similarity to the Jordan Jumpman logo.
Skiman's founder plans to fight to defend his logo, which he says represents the freedom of skiing. [ more ]
